The total estimated timeline for this project is 8 weeks, broken down into the following phases:

Weeks 1–2 (Design & Engineering): 3D modeling, structural engineering calculations for wind resistance, and pattern making.
Weeks 3–5 (Fabrication): Precision digital printing, CNC fabric cutting, and high-strength welding/stitching.
Week 6 (Testing & Quality Assurance): Continuous inflation testing, airtightness checks, and internal LED lighting integration.
Week 7 (Logistics & Shipping): Deflation, specialized packing, and transit to the venue.
Week 8 (On-site Installation & Launch): Anchoring, inflation, and final handover.

3. Materials & Specifications

To ensure the perfect balance of ethereal aesthetics and heavy-duty durability, the following premium materials are selected:

Main Body Fabric: Commercial-grade 0.4mm PVC-coated Nylon or Oxford Cloth with a double-layered TPU coating. This material features excellent tensile strength, UV resistance, and flame-retardant properties (certified to global safety standards).
Internal Structure: Heavy-duty D-ring anchor points reinforced with vinyl webbing for high-wind stability.
Illumination: Integrated, programmable, weather-resistant internal LED RGB smart lighting system to allow the cloud to change colors or glow from within at night.
Inflation System: Continuous-duty, low-noise, UL/CE-certified external air blowers.
