Services & Process
We offer four core services: (1) Large Sculpture Custom — monumental sculptures up to 20 meters, (2) IP Character Replication — faithful reproduction of licensed characters, (3) Original IP Development — collaborative character creation from concept to sculpture, and (4) Turnkey Solutions — end-to-end project management including design, engineering, fabrication, shipping, and installation.
Our proven 7-step process begins with consultation and concept design, followed by 3D modeling, material selection, fabrication, finishing with rigorous quality control, and finally secure shipping with on-site installation. Every stage includes client reviews and approvals to ensure the final result matches your vision.
Absolutely. We specialize in custom designs tailored to your specific requirements. Whether you have detailed technical drawings, concept sketches, or just a rough idea, our team of experienced artists and engineers will work with you to develop a design that meets your vision, budget, and site requirements.
Yes. We create detailed 3D models and renderings for every custom project before fabrication begins. This allows you to visualize the final product, make adjustments, and approve the design before we commit to production. This step is included as part of our standard process.
Materials & Durability
We work with a wide range of materials including Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), stainless steel, bronze, aluminum, and engineered stone. Each material is selected based on the specific requirements of the project — including structural needs, environmental conditions, aesthetic goals, and budget constraints.
Yes. All our outdoor sculptures are engineered for long-term durability against sun exposure, rain, wind, and temperature extremes. We use UV-resistant coatings, anti-corrosion treatments, and structural reinforcement appropriate for the installation environment. Our marine-grade finishes are especially suited for coastal or high-humidity locations.
We offer a comprehensive range of finishes including automotive-grade painting, metallic coatings, electroplating, patina finishing (for bronze-look effects), stone-texture finishing, and UV-protective clear coatings. Each finish is selected to achieve the desired visual effect while providing maximum durability for the intended environment.
Shipping & Installation
Yes, we ship to clients worldwide. Our logistics team handles all aspects of international shipping including export documentation, customs clearance, ocean or air freight, and final-mile delivery. We have successfully delivered and installed sculptures across Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Oceania.
Yes, we offer on-site installation supervision for all major projects. Our experienced installation team can travel to your location to ensure the sculpture is properly positioned, secured, and finished. Installation requirements and costs are discussed during the project planning stage.
All sculptures are professionally crated and packed using industry-standard methods for safe transport. Large sculptures may be shipped in multiple sections with detailed assembly instructions. Our packaging includes protective padding, moisture barriers, and reinforced crating to ensure your sculpture arrives in perfect condition.
Timelines vary based on project complexity, size, and current production schedule. A typical custom sculpture project takes 6-12 weeks from design approval to completion. Large or highly complex projects may require additional time. We provide detailed timeline estimates during the quotation phase.
Pricing & Orders
You can request a quote by contacting us through our website form, email, or phone. Please provide as much detail as possible about your project — including size, quantity, desired material, reference images or drawings, installation location, and any timeline requirements. We typically respond with a detailed proposal within 48 hours.
There is no minimum order quantity for custom sculptures. We work on projects of all sizes — from single monumental pieces to large-scale production runs of branded characters. Each project is evaluated individually, and we provide competitive pricing regardless of quantity.
Payment terms are customized for each project agreement. Typically, we follow a milestone-based payment schedule with an initial deposit to begin design and engineering work, progress payments during fabrication, and final payment upon completion or installation. Specific terms are outlined in the project contract.
IP & Confidentiality
Yes, we regularly sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements with our clients. We understand that many projects involve proprietary designs, brand assets, and confidential information. Your IP and project details are protected throughout the entire engagement.
For commissioned projects, the intellectual property rights are typically transferred to the client upon full payment. Specific IP ownership terms are clearly defined in our project agreements. We are happy to discuss and accommodate your specific IP protection requirements.
